We have extended our delivery coverage to include Subang, Sunway and Petaling Jaya as well as Kuala Lumpur as part of enhanced efforts to deliver smiles to you when it’s not easy to come to our stores.

Terms & Conditions:

• Delivery charges apply except for “hotspot” areas such as office buildings around the Curve and Pavilion KL.
• Please allow for 45 min – 1 hour for delivery to be made. Delivery service may be interrupted in the event of poor weather conditions
• For Delivery orders, full payment is to be made to the Delivery rider at the point of receipt
• Cash terms only. Credit cards not accepted
• Large orders above 4 dozen cupcakes to a single destination may be subject to additional charges
• Large orders above 4 dozen cupcakes should be placed at least 2 hours in advance and before 3pm to avoid out of stock incidences
• All cupcakes ordered and received cannot be returned nor are they refundable
• Promotions at Cupcake Chic outlets may not be valid for delivery orders. For clarification, please check with Cupcake Chic staff
• Cupcake images are for illustration purposes only.
• The minimum order for delivery is ½ dozen cupcakes with the exception of the “hotspot” offices surrounding the Curve Shopping Mall and Pavilion which is RM10.
• In the event some flavours are out of stock, Cupcake Chic will inform customer of remaining available flavours for order. Note that orders made later in the day may be subject to out of stock situations for desired flavours
• For the Chic Sampler, cupcakes that contain alcohol such as Rum ‘n Raisin and Forget Me Not will be removed unless otherwise requested and replaced with any of the Classics cupcakes. For better reference, refer to the menu. Alternatively, customers can pick & choose their favourite flavours from the menu.
