2000 cupcakes later…

We have been nervous and excited at the same time as this date approached. Pavilion Kuala Lumpur was celebrating their 2nd Anniversary and had ordered 2000 cupcakes from us.
We have actually done a 6000 cupcake order before but that was across staggered days. 2000 cupcakes AND our regular weekend production meant that a lot of planning and discussions had to take place before the actual event.

With bated breath, we pulled through….as we usually do. A couple of minor hiccups, a lot of hard work, serious exhaustion, laughter and jostling in between and 2000 cupcakes later, we are all wanting to take a short little break!

But the end result makes up for all the toiling – to see those rainbow coloured cupcakes sitting prettily in place and people smiling in absolute glee as they walked up on stage to receive their cupcakes made every single drop of sweat (not on the cupcakes, don’t worry) worthwhile.

It’s always important for us to not lose sight of the bigger picture when we get busy with the details. This is why it is always important for me to make sure that every special cupcake occasion is executed perfectly as we continue to strive towards our mission : to put a smile on Malaysia, one person at a time.
